Work Horse Fellowes 3312501 Powershred 125Ci 18 Sheet Cross-Cut Shredder

When my old Fellowes shredder finally died, I looked at several shredders before settling on the Fellowes 3312501 Powershred 125Ci. After a couple of months of use, I like this shredder more than the older one. Shredding action seems to be very smooth.

This Powershred 125Ci 18 Sheet shredder exceeded my expectations. It truly eliminates jams unless the user is careless in what they feed into it. It has been a boon at this particular time as we are sorting through a 18 year collection of business correspondence, that filled 5 filing cabinets, in anticipation of a move to another state.

It's been 9 months now and I am still very impressed with this shredder. Absolutely no problems or issues. This unit is high end for home use (mid-grade overall) but definitely does what we need to do. I was considering a unit with an autofeed feature but it was a weaker unit - that's one feature I'd like to see in one of these mid-grade shredders.
